Project Description: 88 Hillside is an 95-unit development located in Daly City, CA.

Project Responsibilities: Urban Collective was retained by OliverMcMillan, a San Diego based developer, to provide due diligence services during acquisition and oversight of the subsequent $5MM upgrade to the property.  UCS hired and directed a team of consultants that put together the due diligence analysis.  All major aspects of the development were researched including the condition of the existing entitlements and site conditions in comparison to the permitted plans.  Once due diligence was complete, a schedule for completing the entitlements and a budget for repairs was provided and a contractor was selected.  UCS then oversaw the completion of the entitlements and subsequent $5MM renovation on behalf of the developer.
