Responsibilities: As Project Manager at EA Fish Associates, Mr. Bishop’s responsibilities included assisting the development team with: financial proforma analysis, construction cost budgeting, permit estimates, comprehensive schedule creation and management, design coordination, GC RFP coordination, GMAX contract negotiation, permit oversight, construction administration and close-out, and lease-up coordination.

Challenges: 5 Lenders + Syndication, Soil Remediation, Fast-Track Construction.
