Urban Collective’s investment strategy is to acquire mid-size multifamily investments with a focus on value-add and land entitlement opportunites.
Investment Criteria
UCS is acquiring existing apartment and condominium communities, partially-completed developments, and multifamily land throughout the Southern California region. The target investment size of each acquisition is $5 Million – $25 Million. UCS’s investments are generally structured as either Fee Ownership or Joint Ventures.
